SmarterMail users that access there mailboxes from the Thunderbird email client and its Lighting calendaring add-on can sync there calendar data using the CalDav protocol. This protocol is include in SmarterMail so there is no need to download or install additional programs.
Follow these step to sync your SmarterMail calendar with Lightning:
- Right click the Calendar list and select New Calendar.
- Click On the Network.
- Click CalDAV.
- For location, type https://mib.etableraweb.com/WebDAV/cal
- Enter a name for the calendar and press Next.
- Enter your full e-mail address and password when prompted.
